3 Daily Wins to Restore Body, Mind & Soul

A practice of rest, trust, and faith

Isaiah 40:31“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Growing Tired – A Human Experience

Lately, I’ve been in a season of constant tiredness. Some days it’s the little things—washing dishes, folding laundry, or commuting. Other days, it’s deeper—the mental load of an overactive mind that never seems to stop running.

At first glance, it might look like laziness. But digging deeper, I realized something bigger: when your mind is always “on,” even simple tasks feel heavier. Creativity, ideas, responsibilities—they pile up without rest, leaving me depleted.

And in today’s world, the distractions and demands won’t stop coming. That’s why I’ve shifted my focus—not to fight against the pace, but to notice where my energy is leaking from my body, mind, and soul.

Back to the Source

Genesis 1:26 reminds us that we are made in the image of God—body, mind, and soul. He designed us with purpose, and He knows where true restoration comes from.

For me, rest begins with trust.

And trust is anchored in faith.

Because at the end of the day:

“An overactive mind needs a place to rest. And that rest is found in God.”

🌱 The 3 Wins Method

A simple daily practice to restore your body, mind, and soul.

Daily 3 Wins

   •   Body: Move for 10 minutes today (walk, stretch, or light exercise) as an act of gratitude.

   •   Mind: Take 5 minutes to pause—journal, breathe, or release one thought to God.

   •   Soul: Read or meditate on one scripture and speak it over yourself out loud.

✅ Three wins in one day: you’ve honored your body, refreshed your mind, and nourished your soul.

Weekly 3 Wins

   •   Body: Choose one meal to eat slowly and mindfully, thanking God for providing.

   •   Mind: Do a “thought detox”—review your journal/notes and release what doesn’t serve you.

   •   Soul: Share one prayer with a trusted friend and pray for them in return.

✨ Three wins for the week: restoration across body, mind, and soul.
